Common Service (CS) provides an operating foundation that allows CiscoWorks applications to share data and system resources. It also provides a common desktop for launching CiscoWorks applications and centralizes login, user role definitions, and access privileges. Periodic updates to CiscoWorks CS 3.0 are made available for download. Check the Software Center link in Technical Support & Documentation to access possible updates.
