Technical Support & Documentation Website - NEW:
Coming March 20: Integrated Online Support and Documentation
Based on customer feedback, Cisco Systems is integrating its online technical support and product documentation. On March 20, technical support documents under such categories as "Technical Documentation" and "Alerts and Troubleshooting" will move from the Cisco.com Products & Services Website to a new Technical Support & Documentation site.
This integration will provide you:
- Easy-to-find information, with combined access to product documentation and updated or additional support content and tools for any product or technology.
- Quick identification of pertinent documents through improved grouping of documents by attributes such as hardware model and software version.
- More focused searches due to a familiar, user-friendly look and feel, more intuitive navigation, and more consistent terminology.
