Building on IIUC part 1, IIUC2 teaches installing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express, with support for both SCCP and SIP endpoints, Unified Call Connector, Call Connector Mobility and PSTN Calling. In addition, performance monitoring and maintenance tasks are covered as well as configuring Unified Messaging Gateway.

Cisco Specialist Certifications are valid for two years. To recertify, take and pass the current version of the required exam(s) or pass a current CCIE written exam.
